CRAFTING SHOES FOR EVERYONE
Willy O'Neal began making shoes in 1959 with a prominent shoe company in Maine. In 1985 he started a business WillyMoc focusing on people to whom comfort and fit meant everything in a shoe. Later in 1993 his wife Barb joined him as as a full-time shoemaker with the company.
After 60 years of impacting the shoe industry with his expertise and knowledge, Willy O'Neal has turned over his awl to his grandson Erik Milton. With mentorship and teaching, Erik is ready to produce the same quality of shoe his grandparents are famous for. Erik, along with his wife Jodi, have moved the shoe company to the small town of Rushville, Nebraska.
Future of WillyMoc
Erik is among the few remaining shoemakers in America still cutting and sewing shoes by hand, proudly preserving the craft learned by his grandparents. It takes years of dedicated skill to create a beautiful, handsewn shoe that is both functional and unique while being incredibly comfortable.
You will find Erik and Jodi at art shows around the country, displaying their line of quality handsewn shoes and taking orders, offering clients classic and original designs in boots, shoes, and slippers.
Shoes Made Just For You
Shoes will be carefully customized to your feet. A tracing and measurements of arches and foot widths of your feet will be collected. This custom-made process not only allows for an exact fit, but gives you the choice of style, colors, soles, and leather types—leathers that include the always beautiful and interesting ostrich, crocodile, and alligator.
All orders and measurements are kept on file to ensure our clients are provided exceptional and individualized service. Let us build a pair of WillyMocs for you!
